Registration Process

Registering For Programs

Head over to the Membership tab to become a member. Once you are a member please fill out the Program Registration form. Both forms can be handed in together.

You can access the Program Registration Form from your computer, or request a printed copy sent to you from the office 204-946-0839 or

Program registration form is for when you are registering for classes.  Please put all the instructor lead or drop-in (movie PALs, lunchPALs, bookclub, etc) classes you are interested in.  For drop-in classes you will be added to the list and the convener will contact you.

Three Options for Submitting

  1. Download the registration form, save it to your computer, complete it online, and email it to  Please put your full name on the subject line and attach the completed form. Emailed forms do not require a signature.
  2. Print out the registration form, complete it manually and mail to PAL (55+).  Sign the form and mail to the address on the bottom of the form.  Include payment with complete application (cheques only)
  3. Deliver to the PAL (55+) office in person.

Confirmation will be emailed to you.  All 3 options can be made by etransfer. Send Payment by etransfer to One etransfer amount is acceptable for membership and programs registered for.
